APEX+/KPK+/SPS USB Wifi Driver Update

IMPORTANT!: This release requires APEX+/KPK+/SPS V23.0 or later, and a kiosk running the Windows 10 1809 operating system.

This update contains driver files that are required for all Windows 10 1809 security updates, beginning with May 2025. The May 2025 security update (and future updates) will not install without the changes contained in this update.

Installing the KODAK Adaptive Picture Exchange Plus / KODAK Picture Kiosk Plus / Self Service Print Station USB Wifi Driver Update

Before installing, please verify that you are installing this update on a Windows 10 system running the '1809' operating system version. If you do not know how to verify this, contact Service and Support. 

1. Extract the files from the self-extracting ZIP file and copy to a CD or thumb drive.

2. Touch:

• [Setup]
• [Diagnostics]
• [Application Health Check]
Does "APEX+/KPK+/SPS V23.0" (or a higher version than '23.0', i.e. '23.1', '24.0', '25.0', etc.) appear?

Yes -- Continue with Step 3.

No -- Do not install this software!

3. Touch [Setup]. Enter the password if necessary.
4. Touch [Install Software].
5. Insert the CD into the CD drive, or insert the USB Thumb Drive into an available USB Port.
6. At “Software Installation”, touch [Check for Media].
7. At “Installation CD Detected”, touch [Install].
When installation is complete, the CD ejects.
8. Remove and store the CD or USB Thumb Drive in the software wallet.
9. At “Installation Complete”, touch [OK].
10. Touch:
• [Setup]
• [Diagnostics]
• [Application Health Check]
11. Does “APEX+/KPK+/SPS USB Wifi Driver Update” appear?

Yes -- Continue with Step 12.

No -- Install the software again. If it still does not appear, contact Service and Support.

12. Touch:
• [Continue]
• [Start Over]
• [Exit]
